Photography

Hi good evening to all readers and bloggers,my name is Divyanshu Ajmera and I am about to write about photography.

Many years ago...sometime in 2008 I developed a interest in photography. That was a time when I was on a trip to The magestic, mesmerizing Sundarbans and it was here that i started to develop a interest in photography or if I were to be more specific - "Wildlife and Nature Photography".
Though at that time I was rather young and did not happen to have a professional camera at my disposal but By still having a Sony Cybershot I managed to get some decent snaps of the sorroundings and in some cases of wildlife such as the spotted deer, crocodile and many species of birds.
It was much later that this interest of mine turned into a hobby and I finally got a Compact camera - the Kodak EasyShare Z981 (I am not sure garding the model no.).
I went on tours to various nature reserves such as Kanha,Ranthambore,Panna,Ken Gharial,Bharatpur.  This was my first shot at photography with a proper camera. This was way back in 2010-12.
With my interest in photography growing I purchased another camera - The Nikon Coolpix P510 which I am still using. Its been 4 years since the year 2012 when i got this camera but even today it deliveres.I have managed to get some amazing snaps with it.

Initially I was just interested in Wildlife Photography but soon realised that there are other types as well in this field i.e., Architectural, Still Life, Monochrome , General. Photography is a art and a science according to me and you need to be in lobe with in order to capture the right shot at the right moment. Even a split second delay can result in not being able to get the ultimate snap. One needs to be calm and composed and never panic even in any sort of tricky situation.

Its rather hard to believe but the best photo that I have taken as of date is of Kumbalgarh which in the Indian state of Rajasthan.  Watching photography showz such as Mad Mike & Mark, Austin Stevens, I have learned a lot in how to capture the ultimate closeup without disturbing the animals(this in the case of Wildlife Photography).
Taking risks in getting the best shot has been my dream and it always will be. Afterall wheres the fun if there's no risk !

As of now when it comes to taking risks and coming up close with wildlife - there have been 2 instances during my years with the camera - i will be talking about those in my next blog. The "tricky situations\instances" that I have come across - I'll be talking about those in my next blog.
Thanks
